Facilities, cleanliness and food

The food is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, beautiful and safe. Overall a very pleasant stay at this resort. Very recommended if you plan to travel with kids. There's a cinema at the resort for a lazy afternoon with your little ones. Also, there are three swimming pools safe for kids to swim as they have lifeguards monitoring. There's a bar at the lobby and a bar next to the pools to order alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A snack bar is available close to the pool, and at the Beach Club. They have themed restaurants. Sadly only the International was available for us when we went. We really wanted to try the Italian... Maybe another time.
